Floors look great but I felt like i had to micromanage the process. Before the final coat of polyurethane was put on i had to make them deal with an area that had white spots on a brown floor. They wanted me to just ignore it but it was right by the front door. Also they missed some holes after they finished the floor and had to put putty in them before i gave them their final check. Probably would not use them again. Did not like feeling like the bad guy.

These guys are the real deal. They know what they are doing and, more importantly, they do what they say they will do. In other words they have integrity. They installed our floors several years ago and we are having them refinish them as I write this.

Just had the Bird brothers do my wood floors. Work was what we expected and they were professional and on time. The crew was fast and well manored. One thing that made us pick them out of the other bids we had was that they were honest enough to advise us to not put wood in our kitchen and half bath, while the others said it was no problem. If we did it would have blocked our fridge and dishwasher in, and the toilet would had to been reworked by a plumber. Stacy M.
