They never respond to any inquiries. The worst real estate firm I've ever dealt with.

DO NOT use this company they are the worst real estate firm around the Oviedo area. They will scam you and think nothing of it, get copies of everything you sign and keep notes on every conversation you have with them!

This is the worst real estate firm you could ever deal with. They never get back to you on time. Seems like they want to put a yard sign and forget about you once you have signed a contract to list your house.

I had people walking over to my house after looking at their sign, saying they tried to call the number listed on the sign to make an appoinment and no one ever got back to them.

I had to accept a verbal offer from the buyer and found another agent to close the deal.

Then they wanted their cut... are you kidding me!!!!!
