Normally, I don't write reviews, but I felt it necessary for this. I've used Fox Tax in the past before and never had a problem until this year. I made my appt and went in at my scheduled time. I had a lot of changes this yr-married, bought house, child credit, etc. I understand that they did what I wanted them to, but never questioned me to make sure that it was the CORRECT thing to do. It came back that I would only get $61 back from Fed & I would OWE state $85!!! ???? It didn't seem right, so I had my friend (who's an accountant) look it over and she found that they did not have hardly any credits that I was eligible for included; EIC, property tax, standard deduction, etc. Ended up that was getting back $3700 (from both) after all was said & done!!!! Just be careful, they are only order takers, they don't do what is best for YOU!!! Needless to say, unfortunately, I won't be going back.

Fox Tax is awesome. They do a great job, all the people there are very nice and helpful, and they are very reasonably priced.

Just wanted to say thank you to all the wonderful staff you have working for you. They were very kind, helpful, cool and collective at a time when everything is hectic.
