I found Vision Max to be extremely unprofessional. The associates that work there are very rude. For instance when... (More) I found Vision Max to be extremely unprofessional. The associates that work there are very rude. For instance when picking out my glasses they handed me a bunch of glasses and said here "try these" when I did not pick that pair they handed me they would roll their eyes and grab 5 more to "try" on. Excuse me but if I have to wear them everyday it's going to be something I like and feel comfortable in. And the docotor he wasn't any better. During the pressure test (blue light) he jammed the damn machine into my eye so hard that is was Dry, Sore, and uncomfortable for a good week! In fact, I went to a specialist afterward to make sure there was no serious damage. Not to mention when that test is performed he is suppose to put a numbing drop in your eye which he didn't. They have no interest in the patients well being at all! I will not recommend Vision Max to anybody I know. Yeah, you may save a few $$$ but I would much rather pay a lil more if it means I will get the care that I deserve!  (Hide)
