I went in with several ideas and left happy with my choice... My 2 daughters attended with me and we cried like babies.. but I'm. over the moon and can't wait for my bride 2 be to see me in my beautiful dress... the whole staff is awesome...

I said yes to my dress there! I had an awesome experience and the staff was very helpful! Can't wait for my soon to be husband to se me in my beautiful dress!

Let me start off by saying that La'Raie was an excellent attendant- very helpful and positive. This being my first time as a bride, it was my third salon. I already knew I wanted to try a few places to compare. While this is a positive review for the lovely young lady who helped me, it's a slightly less positive review of the business in general.The other 3 stores I went to offered one main attendant and a second, very supportive person. For some reason, that just felt better. Maybe since I watch those shows on tv. I think if Minerva's had more of a presence - like background music to add a little life, that would be better.In all, I feel badly for not saying Yes to the final dress I tried on. It was simply stunning. And La'Raie really did a great job "jacking me up". But something inside me wanted me to keep looking.Even though I didn't buy my dress here, I would still suggest that others check out Minerva's!

I had a fabulous experience purchasing my dress from Minerva's outlet.Disclaimer: if you're coming here expecting the "Say Yes to the Dress" treatment, you'll be disappointed. But if you're looking for a beautiful dress at a great price, this is the place for you.The consultants were very nice, but we primarily were responsible for combing the racks to find dress contenders. The ladies helped bring the dresses to the dressing room, but I was pretty much on my own for getting the dresses on (I'm sure they would have helped if asked). They did help in the zipping and presenting the gown to my family.The perfection I felt in the gown was exactly what I was hoping for. I was a bit apprehensive to pull the trigger, so they put the dress on hold for a few hours for me to think it over.Ultimately, I purchased the dress and couldn't be happier. I'm not the type of girl to want to be fawned over, so the hands off approach at this outlet was perfect for me!

I had called Minerva's about 2 weeks ago looking for a particular wedding dress to try on and Camille gladly assisted me. She was able to order the dress I wanted (in my size and color) and we had scheduled an appointment for me the following Saturday to come into the store. The Thursday before my appointment, Camille called and informed me the sample dress I had ordered wouldn't get to the store in time and was extremely apologetic for the situation. Needless to say I was very upset but I still kept my appointment for Saturday anyways. This past Saturday came around and my party and I were a bit early to the appointment. We were greeted with a smile and was told Camille would be with us in a moment, & that we could start browsing the racks of dresses. Everyone in the store was absolutely wonderful and very accommodating to my somewhat large party. Camille then came over and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was so patient with me and my party. After picking what seemed like 1,000 dresses to try on, we went to the back and she made me feel very comfortable and at ease. My appointment had gone over our allotted time but Camille never mentioned a thing about it. She did not make me feel rushed and she made sure we got through every dress that was picked including a few she had selected. She knew when to step away to let my party and I discuss dresses and when to give her thoughts/opinions. After trying on a number of dresses, I finally said "yes" to the dress of my dreams and told Camille I didn't even want to try on the original sample dress I had ordered. After I had decided on my dress, we all took pictures and toasted with Champagne. Everyone including Camille was so happy and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Camille is a true gem and I can't wait for my dream dress to come in and for my future husband to see me in it! Thank you Minerva's & Thank you Camille!!

What can I say about Minerva's Bridal ALL GOOD THINGS They were phenomenal during my visit I was welcomed in by a great employee who proceeded to introduce me to the BEST wedding consultant Pilar She was so so patient with my loud family (8 total including myself) and provided such great help with the different dresses I wanted to wear I do have to say that before meeting Pilar for my consultation I reached out to her at the Bridal extravaganza (where I met her), by email & phone to let her know that I had a dress that I REALLY wanted to try on Minerva's Bridal had already sold the dress I wanted to try on and Pilar MADE IT HAPPEN I was able to try on the dress and it ended up being the dress that I purchased to wear on my wedding day. I am so incredibly grateful for the time she took to make sure the dress was there and to still have such a great demeanor when meeting me To say that Minerva's Bridal is phenomenal would be a total understatement I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for their bridal, sweet sixteen or quinceanera dress You will not be disappointed with the service you receive

I went to 5 different bridal salons and Minervas was by far my favorite! The selection of dresses was fantastic and very beautiful. All of the staff were sweet and helpful, especially Julianna. Julianna was so patient and kind, it really helped to put me at ease. She never pushed or made me feel rushed and always provided her advice when asked. She helped me to find my dress ( she actually picked it out) by listening to my likes and dislikes. Dress shopping can be overwhelming because there are so many options and styles, but she helped me find the dress that fit me perfectly in terms of personality and my style. Julianna helped me find my dream dress and I couldn't be more appreciative! Thank you so much!

So so so happy and in love with my dress, I wish I could wear it over and over again!! The staff was incredible to work with! I wanted something unique and different. I had tried on a couple of dresses and the staff was so patient and kind and could see my frustration growing as I couldn't find that dress that said wow. Eventually I came across my gown and as soon as I put it on I knew it was perfect!!!! Ms. Pilar was so fabulous which made the entire experience sparkle just a little bit more. Such a great experience!

We enjoyed prom dress shopping (at the outlet store). Our attendant was Taylor who was always incredibly helpful and smiling despite the fact that the day was extremely busy. We needed help with sizing, style and color. Taylor worked with us to find the perfect dress. We will certainly be back next year.

I said yes to the dress at Minerva's! I was pleased with the staff at Minerva's. They were very helpful to me in finding my perfect dress. I had visited other bridal salons before I went to Minerva's and was not impressed and was in a crappy mood but Minerva's staff made me feel at ease, not rushed and turned my attitude around! They were very helpful with accessory suggestions and my dress arrived in a timely manner and the right size. All of my wedding guests complimented me on the beauty of my dress. Thank you Minerva's for being part of our special day!

I came in very sassy because of a sour experience at another store shortly beforehand. The lady that helped me (wish I could remember her name!) was incredibly accommodating and patient with me. My fianc and I were eloping so I needed something ASAP. She listened to my needs/preferences, I tried on maybe 4 dresses before finding "the one." The seamstress next door was able to expedite my alterations. Hem with lace, take in, straps, bustles, cups. They were done in 6 days!!! I was shocked that this was even possible. I would HIGHLY recommend Minerva's bridal. They handled this bridezilla (I'm so sorry!) in an incredibly professional manner and were so so helpful. I'm thankful that this is the shop I chose.

Found the perfect dress here! I went to literally ever Bridal shop in Central Florida, and Minerva's had the best options and prices, the people were so friendly and helpful as well, beyond excited I finally found a dress!!! I 100% recommend!!!

I am so appreciative of Pilar and her staff for helping me when I made a special request for a dress. I fell in love with an Allure Couture dress online that I unfortunately couldn't locate a sample to try on at any store in North/Central Florida. They took the time to call the manufacturer and request a sample be sent along with the Allure collection for the trunk show. Because of their amazing service I was able to try on my dream dress and order with confidence knowing the dress is exactly what I wanted and even more beautiful in person. Oh My GOSH! I felt as if I was on TV!!! The service from Pilar was exactly what wedding dress shopping should be!!!! I had gone to another store in Orlando and was literally picking my dress and undoing it and no one was helping me at all. But then the angels sang when I walked into Minervas!!!! It was so easy to order and sooooooo easy to find the ONE!!!!!!! Pilar is extremely knowledgeable and has been in the business for 20+ years and she knows people y'all;) I mean I truly absolutely LOVED my experience!!! Hands down the best in town!

Emily at Minerva's was amazing! I told her a general silhouette that I loved and she brought a ton of variations for me to try that kept with my style! I ended up picking a dress that I never even considered! She was never pushy and she was so patient! I also had my dress altered at their sister store, Laces and Thread, and they made it fit me to a T! I got so many compliments on my dress saying how it looked like it was made to fit me - it was perfect! I highly recommend both stores!

Larai was extremely helpful, sweet and professional. This was my first time ever trying on wedding dresses and she made it easy and relaxed. I will definitely recommend this place in the future. The prices are reasonable and the staff is honest about pricing if you want to add of subtract things from your perfect dress.
