I own two Cadillacs from Massey South. So, I've had lots of interactions with various sales and service people over the last three years. I would have to give them a 99% satisfaction rating.

Sure they may have a busy day or even an off day, but I've never in my over 50 years of buying cars had a dealership work so hard to keep me happy.

I am sorry some people have had a bad experience dealing with Massey Cadillac, but this is certainly not the norm. I would say to them, please talk to the General Manager of the dealership-in person if possible- and let them know about your experience and I can guarantee they will make it right.

The Service Department here sucks! period. Everyone just looks you at treats you like nothing if you don't have an appointment scheduled. I waited over 30 minutes for 4 supervisors to tell me "someone would be out to help me" Completed B.S. Avoid Massey Cadillac south at all costs, trust me -
