I bought a new Carrier Air Conditioner Unit from Frank Gaye A/C & Heating. I checked prices for Carrier HVAC Systems at 4 different Air Conditioning Installation Service Companies in Orlando, including Frank Gaye A/C. They had the lowest price on Carrier Air Conditioners, and on top of that Frank Gaye does Free Installations when you purchase a new Air Conditioner from them. The guys that did the A/C install were very friendly, and definitely professional. I could tell these Air Conditioning Mechanics knew exactly what they were doing, and they explained to me what they were doing through-out the Air Conditioner Installation. Very nice guys, and very knowledgeable in their field of expertise! I also did not realize how much energy I was going to save. My power bills are now about 30% to 35% lower, because of new HVAC technology and now the Air Conditioner does not have to work as hard to cool down my house. (Hide)

(More) Very Happy with my new Septic System and Drain-Field Install Job I chose Frank Gaye Plumbing because they had the lowest estimate for Installing a septic tank & cesspool / leachfield installation .The Plumbers from Frank Gaye Services were complete masters of Septic Service & Grease Trap Replacement Units! I never would have thought that there is so much mathematics involved in sizing your septic tank so it is the appropriate size for your home and leech-field which is all connected. The plumber also calculated how many times the home toilets would flush by knowing how many people live here and how many bathrooms there are. I watched pretty much the whole grease trap install but before they could put the new septic tank in, the plumbers had to pump out my old grease trap - so pumping the tank out just makes it light enough to get out of the ground with a back-hoe / bobcat. The government is trying to encourage people to go solar so we are less dependent on oil. That's why you get such a great rebate. The plumber was wonderful, and very polite. This was the 3rd time in a month that we had a clog in our pipes. Roto-Rooter jetted the sewer line the last two times and the clog kept coming back. I wanted to call a different plumbing company so I could finally get this sewer blockage clear for good. My parents suggested Frank Gaye Plumbing, they said the plumbers there really know what they're doing. So I set up to have a plumber come out and when the plumber got there he pulled out a "sewer camera line". Finally a plumber that is thinking smart! He showed me exactly what was blocking the sewer pipe, and he recorded the camera video to a flash drive and gave it to me, so that I could give it to my landlord to prove that I had this sewer job done. They high pressure jetted the sewer line and ran the video camera back down the pipe to make sure they got all of the clog out. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! (Hide)

(More) My air conditioner compressor was leaking and the a/c was also making like a rattling noise. called Frank Gey Services because I saw one of their air conditioning repair commercials on TV. The commercial said they have air conditioner unit maintenance for only $69.95! I thought wow you cannot beat that with a stick!! I called them right away, and sure enough 51 minutes later I had an A/C technician at my house. The a/c expert said the condenser coil was leaking and that he had to repair the condenser to stop the leak. Which was a refrigerant / coolant leak by the way. I thought I was going to get charged hundreds of dollars, however the air conditioning service technician said that he was able to repair the condenser coil leak without replacing it! I was so relieved because I didn't have enough money to pay a few hundred dollars. This heating and cooling installation and repair company is the best in Orlando / Lake Mary Area. (More) The most amazing septic service in Orlando / Lake Mary - I called a few different local septic service companies in town and Frank Gaye Plumbing had the best price on pumping my septic tank out. While I had the plumber out at my house - I had him inspect my drainfield because my septic system had been clogging / backed up. Sure enough my Drain Field / Cesspool needed to have a replacement because it was about 18 years old. The plumber from Frank Gaye Plumbing gave me the drain-field / leech-field estimate for free, and he did not try to pressure me into buying their drain field system - like most septic tank service companies do. I found out a little secret about the plumbers at Frank Gaye. They do Not work on commission like every other septic / plumbing / rooter service company. The plumber told me himself, he said "it keeps us honest"! I still got 2 other drain field estimates to compare to FGP's price, but just as I thought. Frank Gaye Services was the lowest bid after all. (Hide)

I had a plumber come out because my drain field was flooding and I heard Frank Gaye Plumbing does septic system service now to. I always used this company for plumbing in the past, so I decided that I would have them do the job. I am very pleased with how professional the septic technician was, and they did a drainfield installation for $1000.00 less than I thought it would be. They also gave me a 10 year warranty . I would highly recommend this Septic company to anyone in the Sanford or Orlando area! Oh yeah, the estimate for the drain field was Free as well. (Hide)

They have the best prices for plumbing services in Apopka, and probably all of Orlando. The plumber that came out was great, and they had a big jetting machine to unclog the pipes. I told him I didn't have enough money to fix everything, so the plumber wrote a list of problems I have from most important to least important for the future. Most plumbing companies would try to say I need everything fixed, so they can make more money, but not Frank Gay Plumbing. I ended up getting a new garbage disposal put in later and new toilet components so my toilet wouldn't run anymore. These plumbers have saved me so much money. I first called around and got quotes from different Plumbing Companies and Frank Gy Plumbing was the cheapest and said they could be at my house in a hour to fix my water heater. I have a busy schedule so the fast response made me very happy. The Plumber came and he was very friendly and professional. He explained what the problem was with the water heater, and the plumber said he would be in and out quickly. He also mentioned other companies probably would have told me that the whole water heater would have to be replaced, so i appreciated his honesty.
