The company has since, completely responded to all of our complaints and made all the requested repairs to our complete satisfaction. We are very happy with the outcome and how the kitchen now looks.  (Hide)

Our kitchen redone 12/4-12/6. On 12/6 found 4 of 6 drawers sticking but couldn't inspect work done until daylight. Spent several hours removing excess glue from all over the kitchen following weekend. Found missing trim and damaged laminate... (More) Our kitchen redone 12/4-12/6. On 12/6 found 4 of 6 drawers sticking but couldn't inspect work done until daylight. Spent several hours removing excess glue from all over the kitchen following weekend. Found missing trim and damaged laminate because of company's carelessness during installation. Company made all repairs requested on 12/18. Sink was reinstalled because of damaged laminate. Sink is black on black granite countertop. A thick bead of white caulk was left around sink. I had to remove semi-white colored bead of caulk from around whole sink myself after caulk dried. Mid Jan. a bracket from a drawer track broke. 1/18 company repaired the drawer and had to unwrap sprayer faucet hose from around a pipe under the sink from the second installation. 3/5 another bracket fell off the wall. Company says drawer tracks are aged & have preexisting malfunction issues. All brackets holding up drawer tracks are only attached to the walls by 1 or 2 screws, not 4 like should be.  (Hide)
