HORRIBLE! RUDE YOUNG WHITE MALE COLD HEARTED WON'T STEP OUTSIDE THE BOX
I drove up to the drive through window to drop off 2 prescriptions. I asked to sweeten the cough syrup as my child... (More) I drove up to the drive through window to drop off 2 prescriptions. I asked to sweeten the cough syrup as my child won't take bad tasting medicine. He rudely replied, "We don't blend medicines here. I can only think of two in the area that do." He proceeded to give me two other pharmacy names that I might be able to get my child's medicine sweetened. I asked for the prescriptions back. Then decided to fill the Zythromax. I handed him back that prescription. Meanwhile, my teenager was trying to call but I missed the call. I go to check the messages thinking it might be an emergency and have to listen to another message first that will be deleted to get to my new messages. He scolds me for being on the phone in his line, he's so busy. No one is behind me. He leaves again without a word and comes back and tells me the Donnatussin has a new formula. Why couldn't he do that first? I come back in 1 hour to pick it up, they say it's not covered. They refuse to call Aenta. No generic offered.  (Hide)
