What We Do First, we offer a free 2 hr consultation to listen to your design needs and ideas while making recommendations for your remodel or new construction project. Secondly, a competitive bid will be developed. Thirdly, custom-designed home plans will be created for your approval. Once the design is finalized, Buildtech, Inc. will work with local government agencies to get any necessary building permits. Construction begins and ends based on your preferences and schedule. Upon completion, Buildtech, Inc. will handle any building inspections for final approval.Less
