I made an appointment for the following week for repairs. They were ready for my car when I arrived. Was told the repair would take 3 days and true to their word the car was ready on time. Run Run fast, I will have to give another update when I finally get my car back. Told it would take a week. Dropped off early on Monday morning, by Friday no updates and no calls. I called and was told no one was available to talk to me. Left my number and after 3 hrs still did not get a call back. So I called again and was told it would be after July 4th before it would be ready. Said they needed approval from the insurance company for add. work. WHY did it take them until Friday to tell me this? I knew I should have used someone else when after I told them I would use them to fix my car initially, to call me when the part they needed came in so I could make the appointment. They never called me, I had to call them.......If you want speed and prompt updates DO NOT use Viverette's...

This was the worse shop ever. Its taken 3 weeks too fix my car. Lairs dont know what to do. Give three estimates then Lied still again. I will never tell no one to go to this shop. Ive been a engine mechanic for 10 years i could have done this work in less then a week. Get your shop and employees inline they dont know their job but yet i have to wait after you been paid for the job. Your shop is horrible.

Terrible, tell me one price on a fender of 150$ when I bring the car in the all of a sudden want to charge 994$ for a painting a BRAND NEW OEM fender, I work with cars restoring and the reason I bought a new was it would be cheaper to paint. Bunch of liars.

I used this shop a couple of years ago to repair my GSR Integra after it was involved in an accident. When they first tried to return my car to me the hood cable was broken and they had broken my automatic retractable antenna and replaced it with a mast antenna also when they "replaced" my front headlights, they used ones that were from a junk yard and were faded and yellow in color plus had red paint all over them. I REFUSED to take my car in present condition and demanded they fix the problems. Upon trying to pick up my car on the second time I discovered that all the other things I was concerned with had been "fixed" After inspecting my car more closely I noticed that the front fender skirt was missing and that the AC was no longer working! I told them about this and they proceeded to tell me that the front fender skirt never came with the car meanwhile I am looking at it sitting against their wall and in addition to that they then try to tell me that the AC was not working before the accident. I am fully aware of any malfunctions that were going on before the accident and there were NONE!! It took 2 months for them to fix my car the way it was before the accident and I had to withhold payment from my insurance company to get them to fix it correctly. (Estimated time was 2.5 weeks)I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!

I recently had my truck repaired at Viverette's Paint & Body Shop and I am completely satisfied with the paint work and the body work. They repaired my truck quickly and even helped me get a rental car while it was being repaired. Everyone there was friendly and professional and the quality of work was unlike any I've ever seen, my truck looked brand-new again!
