just had a terrible experience with this company. My wife called in and ask how much it would cost to get our truck... (More) just had a terrible experience with this company. My wife called in and ask how much it would cost to get our truck fitted with a trailer hitch. Told them we did not know what we need but wanted to get an estimated. They told us to get everything we needed would cost us $375. (A dealer later quoted $550). After I had the work done I was presented with a bill almost twice the amount and they quoted. I complained and tehir response was they had installed the equipment on the truck already and there was an inside and outside mounting cost blah blah blah. I asked them why had they not told me about this earlier? No excuss. Run away from these guys. (Hide)
