The women there are always so sweet and know their products. I bought two higher end babylock machines that I love. They answer the dumbest questions I ask over the phone and are right there to help and greet my husband and I when we enter the store. Everthing is neatly arranged, too. Everyone who aren't assisting us acknowledges us with a greeting or a smile.

The most helpful people when it comes to buying a sewing machine. All the employees are friendly and always have smiles for all customers. They are also very knowledgable on many different aspects of sewing.

Friendly staff! I visited several other Omaha stores looking for advice on finishing a project. No one would give me the time of day until I went into Sew Creative. They listened to me and patiently walked thru how I needed to proceed.

Great selection of fabric and very helpful staff. I love going to classes in their BIG classroom.

Sew Creative gave me great deals on my Ellisomo and Evolution sewing machine and serger purchases. They offer classes and clubs weekly, which is more than most of the other stores/dealers in Omaha. They also welcome you even if you don't own the brand of machine they sell. They help with not only quilting but embroidery and other creative sewing ventures. I have found the staff to be friendly and helpful. I highly reccomend checking out this store.

The staff is rude and very unfriendly. They make you feel like your a second class citizen when you go in there. Sorry Ladies you are no better then anyone else and you would think you would be nice to people willing to shop in your store!!!!
