Terrible customer service, and the company is full of lies. Do not use this company for your fence needs!!! They do not return phone calls or get job started in a timely manner. I paid for 60% of my job 2 months ago, and currently still have nothing... (More) Terrible customer service, and the company is full of lies. Do not use this company for your fence needs!!! They do not return phone calls or get job started in a timely manner. I paid for 60% of my job 2 months ago, and currently still have nothing to show for it. Nobody has contacted me, and every time I have called them to get an update I am just told job will be started early next week. That has been going on for three weeks and counting now. I would highly suggest using another company for your needs. (Hide)

So as much as it pains me I don't want other people to suffer as we have. I went with this company after I saw there vinyl product. I had to spend a pretty penny but we really liked the fence. The salesperson seemed great at first. I only wish it would have remained like this. The installers were great but they were given the wrong product. They didn't know what I had ordered. When I saw the fence I called the salesperson and reported the issue. I was then told that I would be billed even more due to some extra work that the installers had to do. When I went to ask the installers what work they had to do they didn't know what I was talking about. After shrugging that off ( it was only 100 dollars so nothing to get to upset about) I talked with the salesperson and he told me that he would take care of the fence and make sure the right product would be installed. We had paid for a different vinyl product that was an upgrade from the vinyl installed. We waited and waited and waited. After a month I called the salesperson and he told me again that the product would be installed in the next week or so. I called a month later and again he assured me that the product would be installed in the next week. I waited yet another month. This time the salesperson told me that he was "just about to come over" because he had the product loaded on the truck. He didn't come that day nor that month. It has now been over 2 years and we still haven't been given the product we paid for. I have been calling the office after I told them that I didn't want to deal with the salesperson anymore because I don't trust him. Each time I called I talked to the same woman. She told me that they would install the product in the next week. You probably expect that this never happened and you are right. After numerous calls asking for them to just refund the money I have been told that this isn't possible because it has been over two years. What might be the worst issue out of this is the way we have been treated by the company. Throughout all of this we have not been told that they are sorry at anytime and they have treated us so badly that it pains me to know that I have to call them again because I know that I'm about to be treated so badly. I did discover that they were given an A- by the BBB. This is just appalling! Please be careful when choosing a fence company. We have used S&W before and were very pleased. Make sure that every item that you pay for is in writing and very clear. We have filed with a lawyer and are now waiting simply for what we paid for. Even though we had everything in writing we still haven't been given the product we paid for. (Hide)
