Run away fast! Worst dentists in Nebraska! I went to this dentist so my husband and I could go together and my original dentist was not accepting new patients. He ended up taking me as well as my husband after this experience. The female dentist told me I had 13 cavaties (i am 30 and have only had two real cavaties in those 30 years). My original dentist confirmed from previous xrays and current that I had zero cavaties but they charged me for 13 and caused me horrible pain for 2 plus hours drilling and filling nothing. The male dentist ripped my husbands tooth out and told him he would need a 2k bridge. The tooth he had to pull was because the dentist drilled too deep. Stay far away from this place, i am tempted to report them to the BBB

GREAT WITH KIDS!! They cater to children with earphones hooked to T.V.'s. Therefore it is quiet for adults, too. They take pictures of the children when they have a clean check-up and instantly post them as a reward. Plus, don't forget the treasure box. They take medicaid patients, too. There are around 4 doctors, so not much of a wait when final check with the dentist.

Wonderful! My first visit was an emergency. I was able to get right in. Dr Penly was great. He explained everything he was doing and took his time with me. Unfortunatly, through no fault of Dr. Penly, I was having trouble with the procedure that was done. I called the emergency line on a Sunday morning. My page was answered in a timely manner by Dr. Sheldon and he helped me out in an extremely friendly manner even though I called on a Sunday. This is going to be my new dentist office now!! I have already recommened them to several people!

Just tried to make an appointment as a new patient. I was very polite and courteous, as is my nature. Receptionist was seeing problems with what I was asking for and was not at all helpful or polite.

I had a toothache over the Christmas holiday and no dentist or specialist in Sioux city Iowa would help me with my pain. I was in pain...So I called Horizon dental center in Omaha Nebraska and I got in right away to their urgent care. Which Sioux city does not have and got the pain taken care of. Now because of complications I wasn't able to get the root canal that I needed fixed. But they did take care of the pain and they were very professional in give me advice on specialists who could help me and the costs and they answer all my questions. In my opinion they are awesome group of people who do a great job in their urgent care service!Thank You and Great job!

When I first started services, I found the staff and the dentist to be caring and friendly. This changed, however, when the two associates left the practice. Their other website (horizondentalcenter.com) has not been updated for several years. It should be noted that this clinic is NOT open on Saturdays from May-August. This office uses state-of-the-art technology. Patients are reminded of appointments by e-mail AND text message. They have TV's in every station. X-rays are digital. They use a tool called a Diagnodent, which detects cavities using a laser light. Follow-up appointments are difficult to get. On average, I waited two months for an appointment for fillings. The only way to get an appointment sooner is for a root canal or crown procedure. Emergency care was NOT seen promptly as they promise in their ad. On more than one occasion, I called during business hours for an emergency appointment due to some pain. Despite being an established patient, the office was unwilling or una

My boyfriend had a broken tooth and every other emergency dental care that I called was too expensive. I called Horizon and they got him in the same day, VERY AFFORDABLE!! Highly recommended!
