Service area - we service a 30-mile radius from our store including surrounding areas from Blair, NE, to Glenwood, IA. Spacious showroom - design help is always available in our beautiful, spacious showroom located at 11339 P Street (facing q on the north side). Samples - samples are available for check out, with free estimates given when selections are made. Integrity - floor fashions is an employee-based company that stands behind our work with a one-year guarantee on installation, plus manufacturer warranties on product. Floor fashions looks forward to serving your floor coverings and countertop needs! Who we sell to Builders Floor Fashions has a full service showroom designed for builder customers in Omaha, NE, and the surrounding area. Design assistance - our experienced showroom staff will help your customers with all their selections in our special builders section. On time - floor fashions meets schedule dates that our builder customers require. Competitive pricing - over the past 15 years, we have done flooring in over 3,600 homes. All pricing for our products includes installation so there are never any surprises for our customers. Builder customers also receive special pricing on blinds and home dcor in our showroom. Thorough communication - after cabinets are set in your home, we will measure the job and bid according to customers' selections. We will show all overages for your customer based on their builder allowances. These bids are sent to our builders only. They can determine overages for their home owners based on this bid. Once you have approval from them, we have you sign off & send back to us to order & install mater
