Well situated, away from the busy shopping area. Close to all amenities, and good value for money. What a wonderful staff! I felt so comfortable! The breakfast was amazing and well satisfying. The decorations were beautiful and I would most certainly love to visit Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast again!

We were in Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast for a wedding. Stayed at this place because it was on the bridal web site. Found it to be a nice, quaint place. We rented a 2 room suite that slept 6. Only one bedroom other sleeping was in the living room but great for a family. Room had a kitchen and we found that they provided us fruit which was a nice surprise. The rate for this area was very reasonable. And my most important feature it was very clean!!

Stayed at Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast in October for just one night, while visiting Newport. The room was large and clean. The customer service was great, we were provided glasses and bottle opener when we requested them and when we mistakenly left a jacket in the room on departure, the owners returned it by post to the UK. We are very grateful for the time and effort they spent in arranging this. I would recommend as a value establishment in a lovely area.

We stayed there for 3 nights at the end of May 2012. Very quiet pace. The staff is very unobtrusive. I didn`t even run into any of the housekeeping staff. If you wanted to, you could have a perfectly fine vacation without having to leave the cottage grounds. It`s not super-deluxe, but the grounds and rooms are very well-kept. Excellent customer service and a overall a great value, especially if you can go in the middle of the week.

We came straight from the airport after a 9 hour flight, and your lovely home and welcoming hospitality made us instantly relax- what a great way to start a holiday. You really have thought of everything and the little touches make the whole experience delightful. The breakfast was truly fantastic!

Thank you for providing such clean, comfortable, beautifully furnished accommodation for us. The breakfasts were attractively presented, full or interest and very tasteful. The little brown puppy dog, which was on our bed from the start, was an especial favorite! Best wishes.

Our family stayed in two suites at Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast and we were all quite pleased with the rooms and the location. The continental breakfast was left in baskets outside our door each morning and it included juice, muffins, bagels & cream cheese, and beautiful bowls of fresh fruit. We`ll definitely go back.
