I've bought three cars from this dealership, two before the name/ownership change. I don't know if the difference... (More) I've bought three cars from this dealership, two before the name/ownership change. I don't know if the difference was because this was a used car and the other two were new, but I feel the service provided by the sales team has really gone downhill. When I test drove my vehicle, the low fuel light was on. Once we negotiated a price, I told the salesperson I had to get back to work and would be back later to sign the paperwork. She put a dealer plate on the new car for me to take back to work, but still left the tank empty. Follow through from there on was poor. Another salesperson said he'd have Mr. Perdue contact me with my concerns, but he never called either. It's now been 30 days since my purchase, and for some reason the DMV doesn't have my title information yet, because, according to my salesperson, "there was a delay with the bank." The service department is still wonderful; the same people still work there, but I don't know what's happened to the sales area. (Hide)
