Yes this is correct..date 2011.

we try to stay after coming home from Alaska..I can honestly say the fokes that run this place..{own] are very out there..we had told the older man [own] that we found a home that we plan to move into the next month coming up..that being 1 week away at the time..How should we pay the rent to be far to every one..first thing he said was u have to pay by week,month..well just know if we ran into 2 weeks that be more then a moth..we told the man there we just stay at sons home..oh no he told us just pay the moth and he give us back what ever we didnt use up..very nice I thought..after 2 weeks I ask the lady if we could get our refund? NO she said NO REFUNDS..I was so upset I went to find the man that told us different, I was told he was at the bar around the corner..well she must of call him ..his truck was there he was not..we think he hid some place? after I went threw camp site asking every one I seen, telling them what he did..she came out gave us some money..SOME..he never came out to give our full refund..he hide..they set out to steal our money from the start..well we couldnt get out of there fast enough..I had never been taken like this in all the yrs we have been in our R.V home...how ever I did turn them over to B.B.B..they seem to know this place well..try to find some place other then this park..we even had a peeking tom at nights looking in bed room..they did nothing..

STAY AWAY! The owner is a drunk that is verbally abusive, although his wife is a sweet as can be. My husband has been verbally attacked two times. He even threatened to kick the heck out of my husband.



The first time was when a broom knocked off the back of our truck and into the road while we were in the process of cleaning and putting out very pretty flowers. He drove by, with the broom partially in the road, staggered of his golf cart, and went up to my husband calling him names and threatened to kick him for no reason.



The second time was the same thing, but this time my husband was using the community laundry room utility sink to wash our small shih-tzu a bath.



This man is in his mid 70's and when he drinks he acts like a drunk 21 year old. He wants to physically fight, when he drinks. My husband is 50 years old and has NEVER has any violent confrontations in his life. We have recently learned that we are not the only victims of his abuse.



We have been here 15 months, never late on paying, never complained about anything and keep pur palce spic and span! We now have to leave ASAP because I am afraid of this man.

The attitude of the owners especially the co-owner and wife. She is overly kind and more than helpful to say the least. Anyone who drops just by to say hello, can't help but want to come back because of her.It's so close to The Interstate Highway (5) that you could walk in just a skip and a jump and you are there.
