We traded in a vehicle with a 10 day payoff agreement. Our car is still not paid off. To date we have been lied to multiple times, given two invalid tracking numbers to track the payoff with, and have been put through the ringer with people not wanting to speak with us in regards to our payoff. This company's policy seems to be "lie at every expense." This company is having major issues paying off trade-ins...BE WARE!!! In 10 days our credit suffers because our payment on the trade in becomes 30 days late. Not only that but in Connecticut if a vehicle is uninsured for longer then 30 days you can receive a $250 fine and the dealership has not taken the steps we paid them to in order to transfer the registration.
