This is the best school ever! The instructors are very knowledgable, encouraging, and fun to be around. They treat each dog as if it were their own. I was always excited to go to school because it is so much fun being around dogs every day and the environment there is great… very clean and calm. I was SO sad when I graduated because I just wanted to keep going back! I absolutely loved the environment and the instructors! They know how to challenge you without putting too much pressure on you. I learned SO much thanks to them and I couldn't be happier about attending this school!

This school is amazing! I went and visited three schools in okc and as I walked in the door I knew this was the school I wanted to go to. The teachers are friendly and understanding. I came in knowing how to handle dogs and clippers but needed to get certified for my job and I was worried about being bored and not learning anything but I started learning new and better grooming technics the first day I was there and they challenged me every day with a new style or new hair type until I could do all the styles when my 10 weeks where up. I had an awesome experience and was sad to see it end.

I recommend this school over all the grooming schools in okc.

I am a student at the Academy and will graduate this Saturday! I want everyone who is thinking about attending to know that they should go for it! It has been a great experience.

The instructors are patient, skilled and very professional. They will teach you how to groom from head to toe. I am over 50 so they can even teach an old dog new tricks. I will really miss T and J and the crew. Thanks for the laughs!

I saw all the reviews for this place, and got really excited. I thought that they might be able to do a good job with my dog. However, because he is a Woolly Husky ( a very long, thick haired breed), even though I tried to make an appointment well in advance, they refused to do him, saying that it would take too much time. He is well maintained, and the conversation was all over the phone. He has no matting, and I just need his undercoat taken care of, as well as a little trimming for hygiene's sake, but they just outright refused my service :( I'm sure this is a great place for training, but if you've got a particularly laniferous dog, I'm afraid you may have to look elsewhere.

Excellent!!! My dog Jack loves coming to the Academy. He can't wait to bust in their door. The cut they give him looks really sharp! Kudos ladies and a huge thanks from me and Jack. See you all again soon!

I had no clue what this school would be like, but let me tell ya it's the best one around! The instructors are the most awesome people you'll meet, they care about teaching you correctly and they care about all the animals! It's a very calm laid back environment which is good for students and animals! Your pets are well taken care of while they are being pampered for the day! It's just an all around great place to take your pets! Couldn't ask for better service! These people care for your pets just like their own! And I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!! Love it!!

I just had my poodle groomed at the Academy today and she has never looked so good. The workers were friendly and very professional. They made some suggestions on how to cut her and I can't believe what a difference it made in the way she looks..Fabulous! I won't take her anywhere else. Thanks Academy!!!

My dogs nails were sharp and he stunk. His cut wasn't smooth at all. I could've shaved him myself and saved some money!

Wished they were open on Mondays. -__-

I have brought my small mix here for a few months now and I'm always happy. My baby is happy and looks and smells good! I always get her back in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend great price and great service!

Customer service needs some work. Girl at the front was rude and it took nearly 8 hours to have my small dog washed and cut. Wouldn't recommend.

I absolutely love Academy of Dog Grooming Arts. The instructors there are WONDERFUL, and they truly care about their students and the dogs that are groomed there. They keep everything extremely clean, and the atmosphere is a calm, relaxing one. If I didn't know how to groom dogs, I'd take mine to see them any day. Hands down, the BEST place to learn how to groom and the BEST place to take your dogs to get groomed.

The instructors are patient and fantastic. As someone with severe ADHD I have failed at school many times before. The instructors here were very patient and encouraged me to succeed even when I thought I couldn't. The way they care for the dogs and the cleanliness of the shop was just incredible!!! Definitely recommend for anyone seeking this type if career.

Very nice staff. Easy to get my dog in around my crazy schedule. They did an excellent job and charge less than the other places I called.

Academy of Dog Grooming Arts is just wonderful, Foster, Jennel, and Febee want to thank you for a wonderful day at the spa !!! They are all fluffy . Foster is handsome and the girls are beautiful. The grooming is awesome, The Academy is clean and friendly. The prices are perfect and when my sister and I come to pick up the kids , they are happy with wagging tails. You all are wonderful and this is the best place in town for our little Kiddos. We love all of you and thank you again. See you next month !!!!
