We recently purchased some carpet for a rental. It took a little bit of time to get everything arranged but everything worked out great.The installer Ed did a terrific job laying the carpeting and did it all in one day. I was initially a little worried about how well he would transition the old carpet in the bedrooms to the new carpet but it was seemless and looked great.I would definitely use them again. I hope to get Ed as our installer because he was easy to work with and did excellent work.

R and R is mine and should be your first choice for your floor coverings. They have an incredible selection of top of the line, newest and greatest carpet, tile and wood selections. Service was awesome from the sales staff to the installers. Recently, I had carpet and manufactured wood installed in my home and we are loving it!. Even the carpet pad feels like I'm walking on air!! I would highly recommend giving them a try. I could not be any happier with the service and quality of their products. The only complaint I have is that I did not change out ALL of my rooms at once. But i sure will be back next year to do the kids rooms. We love our floorings from this place.

They lied to me and sold me a floor that had no warranty and they said it did and I'm having problems with it and they don't care. AND HES A BISHOP.

If you want quality, honest and professional people don't go there.

Over priced for the quality of the flooring. Had to wait along time for help and one of the owners was very smug. Not professional. They damaged the floor they put in and didn't fix it.

They didn't have enough trim material to finish the floor so I had to finish it. I'm having problems with the floor they put in and refuses to fix it.

Don't do it. They sold me a laminate that was supposed to be new and found out it sat in a warehouse for over 7 years and I'm having problems with it and they said it was not under warranty. They said if I try to take them to court its going to cost me a lot more in there attorneys fees then I paid for the floor.

I walk in the door and felt important! This is the first flooring store that did that for me. I loved working with the employees at R&R! I felt like I had a design team helping me, I brought in a chair a couch cushion and a picture of the room, they helped me pick paint (they don?t even sell paint) and carpet, the designer that helped me, gave ideas to finish the room, she did not rush helping me she took time for reflection before she would offer any advice, and asked questions to help her understand my "design taste" she was not in a hurry! When I told her my ideas she honesty told me what she liked and what she thought would not work (and why). The thing that amazed me was, when other designers are not busy they all gather round and give their opinion, I loved that. I like that they offer free designers and that they will work as a team to give opinions even if they don't all agree, I loved the added advice.

Customer service was horrible. From the owner down to the installers. Every part of the process involved me checking up on them, asking for a bid after the measure was done. They didn't arrive when promised. After the install, there were some issues with carpet seems. Many phone calls were made to correct, the owner "Rock" promising the world, and never coming through. Yes, they are competitive on price, but good luck getting what you want and it done right. Because it won't happen. Take my word for it, pass on these guys. Pay slightly more and enjoy. Otherwise, you'll be babysitting the whole process, start to supposed finish. I wish I could give them zero stars.
