I am an EXTREMELY SATISFIED customer. The owner and his family are very kind and caring. They take the time to talk to their customers and get to know them. I tried many salons around Oakmont, Penn Hills and downtown Pittsburgh, they all fail to compare to this salon. I HIGHLY recommend them. You will be completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the salon, the professionalism of the staff and the atmosphere in the salon. They make all their customers feel special, important and valued. My daughter and have been customers for the past 3 years since we moved into the area. I must mention that he also has male clientele!

I have had my nails done at many places in and around Oakmont, including the high-end skincare and spa location on the boulevard, and a well-known spa in Aspinwall. I still choose to go to Royal Nails over those other places. This salon is exquisitely clean (much better than a similar type of salon in the Giant Eagle plaza in Verona), and the technicians do high-quality work. The technicians even go to great lengths to offer you the best service for YOU, taking time to discuss your needs before helping you decide on a nail service. And, the last time I had one of these conversations, the technician even suggested one of the least expensive processes, when she could have tried to "upsell" me to something I didn't really need. I thought that was classy, professional and helpful. And, yes, the pedicure chairs are amazing. It's like getting a free massage with your spa pedi treatment!

I would highly recoment this clean & friendly Salon to anyone for any nail service. From a relaxing Pedi to elegant Pink & White nail set. John is the BEST ! I train & ride horses. Farm work is hard on the nails. John keeps my hands looking like a polished professional and his work is quality and lasts ! ! Everyone who works there is cheerful & kind. They are clean and don't just slap it on like the mall locations. It truely is the Royal treatment there :)

Best Mani and Pedi, I have ever had! The French Pedi is still going strong after 4 weeks. I actually had cute soft feet for the first time. Will definately be returning soon.

I have been getting my nails done now for 10 year. This salon is by far the best one I have ever gone too! The staff is wonderful! The salon is so neat and clean unlike some other places. I love that I have my own nail stuff just for me when I come that they gave me and store for me! I highly recommend this salon!

This nail salon opened up just couple weeks ago. I thought I'd give it a try. The store is very professional looking. I walked in without an appointment and got served right away. I had a pedicure, and it was fantastic! The tech was thorough...some places just rush it. Overall, it was a great experience. It met my expectation. :) I'm definitely coming back!

This is most definitely a five star salon! Looking through the window and seeing the warm colors on the walls and the lovely decor is an invitation to enter. Everyone should try the massaging pedicure chairs while receiving a wonderful pedicure by the friendly and experienced staff. Then, to complete the self indulgence, continue on to the marble top tables for a soothing manicure, again done by yet another friendly face. One must certainly pay a visit to the bathroom which is very warm and the nicest public bathroom I have ever been in. This is a must for anyone who needs to have a pedicure and/or manicure and wants to be in an atmosphere unlike any other nail salon. An afternoon of relaxing....what woman would not enjoy this. It is worth the extra travel time to Oakmont.
