Pleasant. I cam in looking for pricing and a test drive without the intent of buying. Andrew was pleasant and knowledgeable. When he began going over pricing, he was inquisitive, but not pushy. The sales manager Paul stepped in when we were talking about pricing and such. He was pushy and would not take no for an answer...in a bad way. If I come back, I will not deal with Paul. Andrew has helpful and tried to make the wait for financing as bearable as possible.
