I was keen to deliver in my own community and this practice was the only one with midwives who have practicing priviledges at Nyack hospital. Sadly I was never able to reach the receptionist to make an appointment. Left two messages and no call back. Another time I did reach a live person only to be put back through to the answering machine as 'the gilrs are out to lunch'. Will be going with a different practice and hospital as result
