New England Spa's customer service is superb! I ordered a spa cover, and Tim spent all the time I needed going back and forth over email with pictures until I selected what I wanted. I didn't even have to haul myself down to the store. While I was waiting for delivery, my spa cover just died, and I had to take it off the hot tub and discard it. The weather called for very severe storms in the next couple days, and my hot tub would now have no protection, with many trees/leaves around it. I called Kevin in a panic and he worked tirelessly to get the cover in and bump it up to first priority in delivery. It was delivered, perfect color, perfect condition, and I was just setting it on my hot tub when the expected severe rains began. Timing couldn't have been better!!! THANK YOU, New England Spas! I purchased a Sweetwater Bahia Spa from Kevin at New England Spas in Norwell. I love my spa! I bought in in 2004 and have used it at least five times a week since then.
