I went to the shop to see if there had been a recall or find out how much a new... (More) My wife has a 2000 dodge pickup. The dash started cracking and in one weeks time fell completely apart. Large pieces the size of my hand fell in behind the stereo. I went to the shop to see if there had been a recall or find out how much a new dash would cost. The person I talked to was rude and acted as though he could care less about my questions. When I left I was so unsure that he was even listening to me I had to call another dealership. I will never go to Allen Samuels again.  (Hide)

(More) Last year or more I as single over 55yr old woman started taking my car there for first, transmission leak because I felt they would be able to do a good job its a dodge. They explained the situation and the work was done in stages because of the cost, but I was happy. All my oil changes were done there til this April 14, 2007 didn't mine the wait hour &half, but just got oil and filter change. Less than $20. But as I drove off I thought I heard something and just said no thats me, and I'm sure they fulled the other fuilt evels, but come to find out after I got a call from a young lady, she said that they don't check levels any more. I'm unhappy because I'm single female and when I bring my car in for oil change that's part of it and if not you should tell me, because I was not aware that while you're changing the oil don't check the other levels. Women having car trouble on the road are getting raped or murder because a dealer did check the fluid levels on her car and she's thinking s  (Hide)

(More) My husband and I walked into the dealership and one Monday evening expecting to be approached by a sales representative. We stood and waited, walked around, collected a brochure and 20 minutes later decided to leave. During that time there were what appeared to be managers or sales associated sitting on desks laughing and having a good time in their clear glass offices directly in front of the doors to the dealership. We found another dealership to test drive the new vehicle and will not be returning to any Allen Samuels dealerships in the future.  (Hide)
