I have been to this location 3 times over the past three years. All for sports related injuries. I have had x-rays, and other tests done. They were all done to my satisfactory and I have healed.

First time visitor to the Urgent Care Walk In...very friendly staff, very thorough and efficient. Took me right in and cost the same as my PCP....would highly recommend and would most definitely not hesitate to use them in the future.

I sent my mother here with my aunt for an urgent appointment. Since I am in Boston, I couldn't get down there to take her myself today. Since I am in Boston, I couldn't get down there to take her myself today. I paid over the phone (she has no insurance) and the receptionist was very helpful. I asked if the doctor or the nurse could either call my while she was in the room or after to explain what needed to be done. I asked about 4 times. Didn't happen. My mother doesn't speak great english. They didn't even treat her, they told her to go to the emergency room. And when I called back and asked if someone could explain to me what needed to be done the nurse tried, but couldn't answer my questions. When she put the phone down to ask the doctor to speak to me I over heard him say "I already spoke to the patient, I don't need to speak to the daughter." I tried to tell them that my mother will just nod and say ok and not understand what was going on, but no one would help me. Thanks for nothing. (Hide)

I am a patient at the primary care office and love the service and treatment but, the urgent care facility is HORRIBLE. There is so much turnover down there. The nurses if she can be called a REAL nurse is good for nothing. She can not administer... (More) I am a patient at the primary care office and love the service and treatment but, the urgent care facility is HORRIBLE. There is so much turnover down there. The nurses if she can be called a REAL nurse is good for nothing. She can not administer medicine or good advise. Her fix for everything is Tape! The frog doctor is useless. He has no idea how to put in an IV or administer medicine in the IV. I know doctors rely on nurses for everything but, when both do not have a clue, it is a wasted trip. Also, Frogman does not use gloves for anything, not when touchng patients or administering medicine. Than has the nerve to yell at patients for getting things saying "You are dirty and who know where your hands have been". What I do not understand is I am a germaphobe and wash my hands 100 times a day or more. Nurse Sue got a raw deal and should be begged to come back. I will never return to this facility. I would rather wait 6 hours to be seen down the street at Dimato's. (Hide)

My only complaint was the 3 1/2 hour duration of my stay; from the time I walked in the door to the time I left. Understandably, it was a busy day; all of the rooms were filled. This is the worst care facility I have ever been to in my entire life. (More) This is the worst care facility I have ever been to in my entire life. Incredibly rude, unprofessional nurse staff. 3 tests, and one x-ray later and the physician still had no idea what was wrong, and then he just blindly prescribed an anti-biotic for a non-existent infection. I could tell that I had either a really bad cold or the flu, yet they persisted to perform a bunch of unnecessary tests which took a total a THREE HOURS to complete before I was finally able to leave the clinic. I felt so sick halfway through that I was crying and said I just wanted to go home but they told me not to leave! Then they had the nerve to ask that I return to the clinic in 7 days for a follow up!! I am never going back to that hell hole ever again! (Hide)

Run poorly, rude staff, huge turnover. Everytime I go it seems like there is new employees and the employees there are miserable! Would not reccomend this facility at all!

The young staff spends a lot of time talking - loudly - about other things. I learned many were interns and while I appreciate the need to learn somewhere, it was unsettling to overhear them talking (loudly) about how hard of a time they had drawing blood from a patient and laughing about it! Other PAs couldnt answer a single question about the meds I was given without asking someone else for help. I was due for a followup appointment but will avoid this place at all costs. I was seen very quickly and all the staff with the exception of the doctor was extremely nice. The doctor, can't remember his name, was okay but not very friendly. Personality aside, I was checked out thoroughly which included x-rays and was out of there in less then an hour. One of the fastest experiences I have ever had in a medical facility, I would highly recommend a visit rather then going to the ER. (Hide)

I agree with the second person that there is NO confidentiality and the girl at the front desk is a complete disaster, rude and obnoxious. BUT the medical staff in the back are thorough and I thought they did a wonderful job taking care of me and the were very expeditious about it.
