Waited over 10 mins for sales person to even come out to help us. He had to check online for every price. Wasn't helpful. Lots of cars had lots of scratches, which when asked if they would buff out, he said probably won't get them out. Wouldn't get carfax. One car even had cracked front lens cover on the inside of lens, wouldn't replace, just said may cost couple hundred each to replace. Seemed every car tires were well worn even though 2016. None are pre certified, said doesn't matter & again would cost extra. Went to another dealer much better deal. Pre certified which means everything is checked & replaced. All new brakes, battery, tires etc lower mileage for same prices on 2016. Won't ever go there again & will let friends know of experience.
