Great place to buy your first bike or last. The sales staff is A+ and doesn't make you feel like you're at a car dealership

I was looking to buy a new ATV and had been to two other dealers before coming to Sunrise. They wanted to talk numbers instead of products. I couldn't even get a handshake. Not the best way to start off. So, I came to Sunrise and found a completely different environment. Jackie Roy Ford is the best salesman I have met. Right off there was a handshake. I wanted an ATV my elderly father could enjoy with us. Roy spoke with my dad and treated us like family not a payday waiting to happen. He took his time and explained to my dad why he recommended the ATV he did. Afterwards he gave us the price. We filled out the paperwork with a handshake understanding that we may not buy. He did not pressure us in any way, which was surprising considering the last two dealerships we dealt with. We bought the Kawasaki Brute Force 300 today. If it wasn't for Roy and how he deals with customers it wouldn't have happened. I highly recommend Sunrise Cycles and make sure you ask for Roy! He is the best.

I didn't ride it home because I had no idea where I was and Wicked traffic, But Duck insisted I had a picture taken on my new motorBike smile emoticon He was an amazing man and if anyone is interested in getting a motorbike, I highly recommend him!! Took my bike in to get a new rear tire on and while taking the axle they broke it said it would take 5-7 days to get in the part. It took 22 days overall to finish my bike and than they still wanted me to pay full price which I went a head and paid because I was close to flipping out in they and just wanted my bike since I missed out on 2 of my annual rides. Last week my belt broke with only 19,000 miles on it I believe they put the belt on too tight but I've got no proof just my option.

Horrible service department. I will never use them again and don't recommend anybody else! They accepted my job replacing a motor in my 2006 Kawasaki PWC. After 3+ months to complete job, rude service, no communication without me showing up in person, raising the quoted bill $1,200.00, leaving razor blades to cause rust on my pwc body, and cracking my fiberglass... I finally got my "jetski" back. THEN not even 3hrs on the new engine, IT BLOWS AGAIN! So I contacted Gordon(service manager) and I was quoted another $1,200.00 for it to be done again. I took my pwc to another shop few miles down the road, got quoted $400.00 for engine swap, and they advised me to never use Sunrise Cycles again once they found out Sunrise FORGOT TO PUT PARTS BACK ON MY ENGINE! Now I'm paying for my mistakes of using Sunrise Cycles! Thanks for reading.

I turned in my bike for a simple routine maintenance and inspection and kept getting jerked around. Finally I just had to just pick it up after they had it for over a week without doing anything to it. Save yourself the frustration and go to cycle world on va beach blvd or honda of Norfolk

Great selection but so-so sales. Takes them FOREVER to do a simple transaction, I believe its a tactic to wear the customer down. Get the out the door price TOTAL in writing before signing ANYTHING-they love to sneak stupid things (gap insurance!?!) on the final paperwork, and you wont catch it because you are tired from sitting there all day. Bought a scooter from them as a commuter and will not go back when its time to upgrade to a motorcycle this summer. How does that saying go? It takes a lifetime to earn a customer, fifteen minutes to loose one. But, they do have a pretty good parts department, hence the 2 star rating.

The parts and service departments are excellent. They will go out of thier way to help you.
