Rooms are ok, smelled of smoke, not ready when we arrived after 3pm. Had an issue with the amount of room, as we made the reservation in advance, and were charged $40 more per per night than someone walking in that day. I asked to speak to the manager, and they said he wasn't there, but gave me his name and of course he wouldn't be back till Monday. However I called later that day and that guy answered whom was the general manager. They offered nothing. I called the corporate office of Choice Hotels. They tried to immediately call the general manager, and he was mysteriously gone again. I believe they are all related and give names of whomever isn't there and advise you to call back. It was very frustrating. Would never stay there again. Plenty of other hotels in this area..I encourage you to go elsewhere! If you notice other complaints on their website, they say I am sorry and we will improve. They offer nothing in return..and seems nothing is improving.

great place to stay

Ive been here at the rite for us inn on Wesley Chapel on Snapfinger Rd. I am a young black female. I would like to stay in the front of the hotel til I leave cuz they put awhole bunch of black people in the back of the hotel like zoo animals. On Sat there was a naked man in front of his room door. Why should I have to pay more money daily on the rooms in the front instead of weekly? There saying if u want to stay weekly I haveto move to the back of the hotel & y should I? They stick the black people in the back; which I feel is a form of racesisum. If I want to remain in the front of the hotel why cant I? Thats crazy, whos the owner of this hotel here? The back of the hotel is nasty, roaches & God Knows what else? Y should I have to pay weekly to move to the back of the hotel in those nasty old roach infested rooms, they dont keep up with? Gross SOS
