      Let me first start out by saying that my 6` vinyl privacy fence looks fantastic. It is as straight as can possibly be and we are very satisfied with the fence itself. That being said, cleanliness and customer service need some attention. There is concrete drips and splatters on our blacktop driveway and white vinyl siding along with a puncture in the house siding that I believe was done during teardown of the existing chainlink fence. The gate between the garage and house swings the opposite way that the original did. I was not consulted about this as this was the very last thing that was done on the last day. Four weeks after completion I called Fox to arrange payment and expressed my concerns. I spoke with Andy and was told that these calls usually come the day after completion. I figured I could get used to the gate, I can`t. I thought the driveway would wash off, it didn`t. He said he would call to arrange a visit and 2 months later, nothing.

      From start to finish the whole process of getting a fence was wonderful. Everyone from office staff to installers treated us very well. We would recommend Fox Fence to everyone if you want the job done right

      My fence is a red cedar fence with Alaskan Cedar Posts, Best investment for the dollar. Excellent craftsmen. efficient crew and polite.

In 1977 the business moved to a larger location at 4205 Hyde Park Boulevard. In June of 1989 Fox Fence moved again, this time to its present location of 2637 Lockport Road in Niagara Falls.
