      There are some obvious choices for late night eats in the Buffalo and Niagara Falls, NY area, but have you thought outside the box? At Colosso Taco & Subs, we offer great Mexican food, subs, and arcade games. We’ll satisfy your hunger with one of our famous Stinger Tacos or another one of your favorites. We’re under new ownership, have expanded our menu, and are ready to be a Niagara Falls staple for locals and visitors! Since 1978, we’ve been known as a late-night restaurant that satisfies your cravings. Whether you’ve been sightseeing all day, work late, or want a bite to eat after going out with your friends, our friendly and fast service will amaze you. Our prices are lower than other late-night eats, and you definitely get the most for your money at Colosso Taco! When we say we’re open late, we mean it. We don’t take it for granted that most bars in Buffalo are open until 4 a.m., so that’s when we serve until on the weekends!
