This is the most unorganized store and yes the manager is very rude. They tried to tell me a tire I tried to buy was free. Well covered is the word they used. Then i started getting phone calls from them. I explained that they ignored me and let me go with the tire but when i am back in the area in a couple of weeks I will pay. They then said they were calling the police to report that I stole it. They said they will pull the video and I told please do and I want a copy. Since they made the mistake and did not want to wait and threatened me I drove 3 hours to return the tire. It was a spare and not used. I say stay away.

I would caution anyone NOT to go to this store. The manager is exceptionally rude and after they damaged a part on my car they refused to reimburse me the cost to replace it. All I wanted was a refund for the repair and instead he lied and told me that they didn't do it. I was a long time Les Schwab fan before dealing with this location.

Don't go here for anything!! They will switch and bait and try to upsale you on everything. I went in for a front in alignment. They had the car for 5 minutes before they told me that my entire front end needed to be replaced in the amount of $600+. The car is only 5 years old! This is the 3rd and last time I will give them business. Every time I have been there it has been the same story with different parts of my car. Simple repair requested and they come back with a long list of extra stuff they want to do to your car. I went to another company (TIRE FACTORY) and had the alignment done. $62.50 and no BS!! Newport Les Schwab is a VERY VERY SHADY BUSINESS. They prey on people who just don't know any better. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I have never bee treated so rudely as I was by the manager of Les Schwab in Newport Oregon. I will not go back anytime soon except for free service. I will purchase their products which are excellent at a different location.

Les Schwab is already well known for it's great customer service. Alan Brown is a shining, exemplary example of this service. Thanks to these courteous professionals, I am a customer for life.
