I was butchered the last and final time I went there. I even provided a photo and kept it on my lap. I walked out of there really upset. And they did not seem to care. Don't go here! (Hide)

(More) This was my first visit, and chose the Salon for two reasons:1) the notation in the phone book that they are Newark's Premiere Hair Colorist, and 2) they are located fairly close to my home. I have been getting my hair Highlighted for 22 years, so I wanted to go to someone who is up on the latest trends, for both cuts & color, and I wanted someone knowledgeable about hair, obviously 22 yrs of mainly bleach products being used to highlight, can be damaging, also I take a lot of pain medication, as well as, thyroid medication. And I know my thyroid disease plays havoc on my hair. I felt really great after my color & cut were done. After talking we agreed to make my highlights more golden blonde, and brighter. I can't wait til my husband & my sister see it. (Hide)
