I drive for a living so losing my license would cost me my job. I know a lot of attorneys out there do DUI cases, at various prices, but a friend of mine referred me to Mr. Farren. Thank God for that! When I met with Mr. Farren initially, he explained to me in detail the process one goes through when charged with DUI. He patiently reviewed the facts of my case with me and he actually mentioned that I may have a few suppression issues! Well, to make a long-story-short, Mr. Farren appeared for me at DMV and won that hearing. He then appeared for me at trial and argued those suppression issues we discussed....and won! My DUI charge was completely dropped!!! I'm so thankful for hiring Mr. Farren to help me with my DUI case. His fees for DUI were pretty much the same as everyone else, though one other attorney (Lou Ferrara) charged way too much! I heard he lost a lot of his cases, anyway. I have heard that you get what you pay for, and this is truly the case here. I met first with a public defender attorney. I was not impressed to say the least. Reason being, he simply could not afford to spend a lot of time researching my case, talking with the other side (prosecuting attorney), and doing the extra legwork and investigating that my case really needed. I was facing serious jail time. With that all that I had to lose, and could not afford to take a "chance" with an overworked state paid attorney. My boss referred me to Mr. Farren. Well one meeting w/ Mr. Farren and I knew HE was my attorney. Why? Because he spent time on my case before I even came to see him. My first conversation was over the phone w/ him, and he started researching my case that night. When I came in the next day to meet him, he was already prepared w/ how he was going to "beat" the case. And he did! He spent lots of time, energy, and effort! A+ (Hide)
