I would recommend Mr.Farren Esg.Law Offices!I wont go into all the specifics for personnal reasons but i was charged with DUI and refusal to submit to a chemical test at a DUI check point.I went on-line looking for Dui attorneys and e mailed several.Mr.Farren's law office was the only one to respond.I contacted him and an appointment was set up immediately.He looked over my case,explained different senarios and to my suprise charged a reasonable fee cosidering my charges.He immediately sent papers to DMV stating we were reguesting a probable cause hearing.We won that hearing and moved onto trial at a later date.Prosecuters offered pleas which we turned down.We wnt to trial before a judge.Both times the officer was present and testified against me.Mr.Farren brought up several good points at both hearings and i was found not guilty by the judge.I could have lost my liscense for 1 to 2 years.Dui call Mr.Farren you decide it work for m (Hide)

I recently got a DUI charge and a lot of people told me to go to Lou Ferrara. I met with him but he charges way too much money and he pretty much insisted that I go to trial when I didn't really want to. I met with two other attorneys, too. They charged less but something about them I didn't like. I then found Mr. Farren's website and met with him. Very personable, extremely intelligent and knowledgable. Very easy to talk to and not judgmental at all. His fees were much much more reasonable, too! You know what? He found a loophole in my DUI case, too that Mr. Ferrara didn't even mention to me! I ended up getting a great non-DUI related plea with no loss of license and no DUI classes! So my point, I guess, is this. If you catch a DUI charge - ** DO NOT** go to Lou Ferrara. Go to Francis Farren. He is cheaper...and, honestly, he is much much better than Mr. Ferrara!! (Hide)

If he doesn't truly believe that he has a legitimate shot to win your case, he lets you know up front. I still can't believe he won my case. Not only did I run a checkpoint, but also refused to take any field tests. On the surface, it was a lock for the prosecution. It took Fran literally seconds to diagnose my defense, and he did so well at the DMV hearing that they threw the case out entirely. He is very low pressure and thinks of several different options and explains them all to you ahead of time. Fran is extremely accessible also. He was always willing to discuss the case and never once made me feel that my case was a burden on his time. He makes you feel like he is a friend from the old neighborhood and he's there to get you out of a jam. That was comforting. I can't recommend Fran enough. Our Family hired Mr. Farren on three separate occasions and he was able to have the charges decreased to lesser charges on two proceedings and the charges dropped completely on the third. I would not walk into the court house without an attorney and the attorney to have is Mr. Francis Farren. In fact, I feel that he should be the benchmark for his proffession. Well if the police had taken the time as Mr. Farren did my daughter would of never had to be put through this ordeal.
