Tink's Restaurant gives the best quality for the most exquisite experience. Since opening in November 2013, diners have been raving about the classic New American fare that rivals mama's home cooking. The menu specializes in small plates to share for a splendid soiree. The long history of this practice enhances the sensory experiences and livens up any meal. Gourmands and foodies will delight as they partake in the "quacky tots" consisting of duck confit and sour cream onion dip, the pretzel encrusted organic chicken with chipotle honey, gyrolicious lamb meatballs with mint chutney and baked pita chips, or the lobster pot pie with maine lobster and kaffir lime. If the diner is still hungry, they may not be able to resist the "aphrotinksiac" with seared sea scallops, coriander oil and gremolata, or the chocolate pig sliders with braised pork butt with chocolate mole and purple cabbage slaw. American craft bottled beer rounds out the menu with the smuttynose robust porter, dogfish chicory stout, and allagash white topped by huge, white, fluffy head. Oh and their cashberry lemonade tastes like a million bucks. Diners end up ordering two dishes per person or more to take full advantage of a great selection. Tink's Restaurant is soon to become everyone's greatest hidden treasure.
