Owner Gary Sikka is a chef with 18 years of culinary experience. His goal is to create an Indian restaurant that celebrate foods from India's North and South, and customize it in a way that dinners with varying tastes will relate to. To achieve this goal, Gary Sikka has gathered young culinary talent who experience and delivered the industry's finest cuisines. Just as young American chefs have progressed American cuisine, Gary Sikka and his team's dynamicculinary ideas bring to life, the tastes and flavors so uniquely crafted, that it spearheads an exciting freshapproach to Indian cooking. His goal is to create a restaurant that celebrates the vibrant flavors of contemporary India while celebrating its rich culinary heritage.
