We got put into their system by Allstate Merchant Services. After we signed up (after, literally, daily sales calls), we became unable to contact either of them and they kept deducting and adding fees instead of properly closing our account (this after 3 months of them overcharging us based on the terms of our contract). We had to close and change business checking accounts to protect ourselves. Now it's been 18+ months, and we're still trying to get them to stop charging an invalid cancellation fee (they say they will on the phone, but it doesn't happen). (Hide)

This company was fine until you decide to switch to another company to handle processing your credit cards. We have... (More) This company was fine until you decide to switch to another company to handle processing your credit cards. We have been trying to close our account with them for over two years. They will not close the account, so you must keep putting a hold on it at the bank, which is not free. The hold from the bank only last for 6 months. If you forget to renew it, you can bet that Merchan Processing Services will have taken out another minimum fee. It is like every month they just keep trying to access the bank account so when the hold expires there is a minimum charge by Merchan Processing Services. So how is that closing the account. We have called several times, faxed their paper work back to them to close the account. Still to this day we are receiving notices about past due balances. (Hide)
