Unbelievably worst customer service I have ever dealt with. All I did was call to inquire about what pistols they have and about buying a gun there and the guy was a grade A JERK. didn't want to talk to me at all just kept saying to call the police department for a permit and kept hanging up on me. basically since I am not a cop he didn't have time for me. I called the Henry main office since they own this store and they were just as bad. They didn't care one bit that I was treated that way and didn't have time to deal with me as well. I was traveling to NY and wanted to stop in but I will never go there and I am now an EX Henry customer. the people at this place have no idea what common courtesy is much less how to handle customers.

The Dealer name Charlie takes advantage of new buyers. He will try to sell you things you dont really need to buy. Because this is the closest dealership to 1 Police Plaza, he can smell new buyers.
