I doubt that some extracts that he may add to the formula (usually less than 1%) would add so much to the cost

Dr Fish performed bilateral foot surgery on my mother in law in a house in Queens. The surgery was less then poor in quality with devastating consequences. He cut the bones in her foot to short leaving her feet deformed. 7 years later she is unable to wear shoes and can no longer ambulate functionally. In addition, the receptionist, in spite of multiple calls, never put medical claims into the insurance and my mother in law had to pay seven thousand dollars out of pocket for the "so called surgeries."
