Not sure why people are sending negative reviews but I went to Mr.Damon Finch for my 8hr 16hr and even my 47hr for armed guard . Best price, best instructor, and a great learning experience . If you want free coffee bring your own . I hope because of some knuckleheads comments Mr.Finch does not change is ways of instructing. I wasn't happy with the price, and I felt like everything that was being said to me was some kind of elaborate hoax set up to take my money. The instructor presented himself in a rather unprofessional matter. The "office" I entered to take the class felt like a false front; I wouldn't have been surprised if I investigated the coffee pot, and found out it was just a painting on a wall. There's absolutely no way to choose which features of the training program you want. Do you know how to interview for a job? Even if you do, you'll be taught here, and pointers are fine, but not when I have to pay for them. Everything at this school has a price tag on it, which you'll realize after looking at the dollar jar demanding money next to the coffee pot. For this much money the guy can't even give me a free cup coffee? Nope, and that much will be obvious, but think of what won't be.

It's a beat up building in the middle of run-down ghetto; not a good start. I felt like I needed a security class, just to get to the security class! My girlfriend was interested in attending class too, but there's no way I'd feel comfortable sending her here; the area is absolutely awful! Run a check on Newburgh, NY and see for yourself, but do it from the safety of somewhere else.

Terrible location. Terrible instructor. Terrible information. If I wanted a self-help seminar, then I would have signed up for one. That's what you'll get here: a man trying way too hard to be a motivational speaker, a self-help guru, and after all that, he actually comes off as snake oil salesman. After looking over all the individual charges on the bill, I immediately decided this wasn't the place for me. I need a job, not a song and dance for two hundred dollars.
