I told them I don't want it. I see a different dentist everytime I'm there and haven't had any work done just cleanings. They do like to take on things that they didn't do so watch your bill. Also ask if your insurance covers what they are telling you you need before you get it done. (Hide)

I wouldn't take my dog there. My first time was my last. The tech cleaning my teeth was rough and in a hurry, They tried to upsell services I didn't want, and when the dentist came in he was just as bad as the tech. Will not be back.

I had a great experience with my oral surgery. Dr. Ash and assistant were kind and careful. The best thing about visiting them is that there is very little wait time. They honor patient's appointment time unlike some other offices.

I told the dentist of my pain and she said I needed to get a root cannel... (More) I went there with an incredible tooth ache, over the weekend I had to go to the quick care clinic and get some pain meds so I could make it until the dentist office was open. I told the dentist of my pain and she said I needed to get a root cannel done or have the tooth pulled. I went to get a second opinion and the new dentist said my periodontal ligament had become inflamed and he fixed my bite and the pain was gone in a week. I am glad I had gotten a second opinion or I would be missing a tooth right now. (Hide)

At their Suffern, NY location. The truth about this place is that they are very expensive and keep raising their prices. The truth about this place is that they are very expensive and keep raising their prices. Their policy really is bad plus if you don't cancel 3 days before they charge the patient $35 per half hour. Dentist did not care what type of coverage I had, just took a full set of x-rays so insurance did not pay all of it. Ever since Great Expressions took them over, it has all become about pressuring you to pay for services while you are in the treatment chair, even though you have in-network insurance. If the patient doesn't have enough with them then they don't even take partial payments, they want their payment in full. They even have bad ethics. They are also very unprofessional. (Hide)

I also learned that while i was waiting to get a crown placed on there should have been a protective cap-- I didn't get it. I wa also told different co-pays and and there wanted additional out of pocket costs for cleaning my teeth. It is hard to find a good dentist in Georgia that does not want to gouge you. (Hide)

Could not explain where the money went and unexpected charges just happened to come up when there was a credit on my account. The doctors or the assistants do not explain things to you. After my sons braces were off they were straight but still tilled outward. When they said they could not prevent this I went to a second dentist that confirmed that there were to many teeth and if teeth were removed at the begining then the teeth would have fit better in his mouth. I will not return to Great Expressions, it is an insurance mill. (Hide)
