(More) Roto-Rooter Service 11/21/2009 When our main sewer pipe back up into our basement my wife and I called Roto-Rooter because we knew they have a good reputation, but we were still anxious. When our technician, Gary, arrived I was immediately impress with how courteous and business-like he was. He assessed the situation and explained all the possible causes of the problem and the possible outcomes. He assured us that we were in good hands since he had been in the business for a while. What really struck me was how neat and clean he was, always making sure that no so much as a spot of grime was left on any surface. He dilligently checked the pipe once he had completed cleaning it and gave us some good maintainance tips. If we ever need service again, we'll be calling Roto-Rooter, and we'll ask for Gary!
