Casablanca and Marrakesh Restaurants, the East Coasts' premier Moroccan restaurants, established in 1980 and 1977 respectfully, are family owned and operated. These restaurants feature authentic, seven-course, Moroccan feasts in traditional family home settings. Guests lounge on rug covered banquets, surrounded by colorful pillows in dimly lit, incense scented rooms. Relaxing background music sets the stage for a mystical adventure. While both restaurants are very romantic for couples, they are also fun for large groups. The evening begins with the hand washing ritual and ends with the tea ceremony. Private rooms are available for 15 to 40 guests and on occasion, Casablanca has been rented to parties of over 300 guests and Marrakesh to 80-100 people. Vegetarian meals and belly dancers are available upon request. Gift Certificates are available for purchase. We offer a variety of wines and spirits and are open for dinner every evening beginning at 5:30 pm. Reservations are suggested.
