      Moravian Hall Square, located in Nazareth, Pa., is a retirement community serving the needs of senior citizens. Based on a 15-acre campus, it offers apartments for active independent living, assisted living, Alzheimer s disease and dementia care services, and nursing services. It provides modern skilled nursing facilities for residents while meeting their nursing care needs, such as getting intravenous injections, tube feeding and changing sterile dressings on a wound. It offers memory support units for residents with Alzheimer's disease and other related dementias. The independent living options include maintenance, housekeeping, meals, transportation, emergency nurse visits, fitness programs, social activities and spiritual services. Assisted living services include participating in a variety of social, recreational and spiritual programs and special events, that include games, exercise classes, luncheons, shopping trips to retail and grocery stores, and community events, as well as meals, personal laundry services, medication management, and assistance with housekeeping.
