I was told the cost of my braids over the phone would be $150.00. When i arrived it was more because my hair is thick,then on top of that it would be more if i wanted wavy hair!

This salon is very unprofessional, i called to set up an appointment for 8 am and shoed up on time, they didn't call me up to start until 9 o'clock and that was only because I said something. The woman spent so long and my braids were so far spaced out it looks like I am bald. They only speak in their own language and are extremely impolite. Ontop of all that they overcharge, 180 dollars for hair I could have done myself for much cheaper but the same quality. Also, when I got there I said do hair that is 170, by the time I was done the woman braiding my hair changed it to 190 and I told her no and paid her the 170 we had agreed on. Don't let them cheat you out of their money. Needless to say I will not be returning to their salon.

To start off with i was told to be there at 8am but they didn't show up to open until 8:45. There was a child that belonged to one of the sylist that was into everything and the person that did my hair was on the phone the entire time, she must have a heck of a phone plan... but there braiding is gorgous! i was very pleased with my hair. If they work on there customer service than this place would be great!

This place sucks. I called about there hair weaving price and the lady told me 100.00 . She arrive 1 hour late to start my hair.when she did, she ask for the. Money when she wasn't even done. The worst part is that they charge 150 dollar instead of the 100 dollar she original told me. They liars. Will not return.

Dior is the place to go get your hair done, when you want the following: 1) Not get the style you requested because the stylist recommended by Dior herself, as one of her best braider in the entire salon, decides to give you her own. 2) Get pressed to pay for hair services as soon as your hair has gotten started or much less finished. Red flag.3) NOT GET YOUR WISHES MET,which is really the ONLY REASON to pay such an exorbitant amount. Examples of wishes not met: requested that scalp does not show too much ( paid for smaller braids to get this wish met).Ended up with a parting line right on the side of the hairline starting from the crown down. Another request that you might have is " Braids not too tight, please". and then end-up with an excruciated,emaciated, scalp pulsating, ravaging headache at the end of this time consuming ordeal. Another fantasy of yours" no grease, please" . You GUESSED it! One star for their courtesy and meticulous braids. zero for getting my wishes met.

The only complaint I have is that once I got there the price was different from what I was quoted on the phone. They are lacking in "bedside manners" (i.e.they are not very friendly) and they only spoke their language which is not English!

i got my braids done there and i absolutely love them. didnt take long and it was very professional.

I have been wearing braids for almost 15 years, but I am new to the area and found this salon on-line. By far the WORST exp I have had,1. The final price and quote is substantially different. Better take your credit card.2. They do sell hair, but it is severely overpriced.3. My hair was braided too tight, even though I specifically requested it not be braided tightly around the hairline. It got even tighter hours after the session where I had to remove some of the braids.4. When you pay professional braid rates, you expect to get a professional style. I got a very unprofessional job. The hair was cut so bluntly that it looks like a tree trunk when pulled in a ponytail. I had to go to another salon and pay for a haircut. If you just want braids, you can probably get a better job in somebody's kitchen for a lot less money. To say it simply, "NO ONE WILL EVER ASK WHO DID YOUR HAIR"? or maybe someone will ask so they'll know where not to go. Very poor quality braids.

I was given a different price over the phone than when sitting for service. I heard another woman have the same problem while in the chair. I had to use my credit card to pay the extra costs.The service is unprofessional and unsanitary. The lady servicing me was constantly coughing. She talked loud on the telephone and to other women around me. One of the worker's infant was crying constantly. Two workers were sick and using their sleeves, smocks and hands to wipe their noses. They did not wash their hands and would not give a scalp/hair sanitizer. Their was a lady vendor that came in and sold food items that were "sour smelling". It was a foul odor that made me feel sick.I saw them cut off pieces of hair from hair packs for sale then would sell the pack at full price. I was told that I would have to buy another pack of hair if it was not enough for the service. The hair prices were over market value around town. I felt totally robbed.
