Unfortunately I took out a payday loan. The subsequent financial problems, I could not pay it back. I was told they... (More) Unfortunately I took out a payday loan. The subsequent financial problems, I could not pay it back. I was told they would not draft my account. I was also given a repayment option, pay by a certain date and they would reduce the balance due. Two days before that date they drafted my account for the full amount plus an additional draft of $30. $70 more than the agreed reduce payment. Not to mention, they did not tell me they were going to do this during the many, many phone calls to my home. They told me on the day they initiated the draft. A rep called wanting to know if I was going to be able to pay the $210 by the 4th..I told her I was working on it. Then she told me that they had already drafted the account. Something about my not having a "card" on file so they did it automatically. No one ever told me that having a card on file would prevent this or was necessary. Very poor company. Lies and deceit and attempts to double collect. Very Thumbs Down! Stay AWAY. (Hide)
