I do not recommend this business.. in fact I suggest you stay far away.. I brought my car in for a routine inspection sticker. I waited over a half hour while it was in the bay. Chris pond didn't come out to discuss anything with me. Finally he pulled it out of the bay and quickly went inside and closed the bay door. I immediately saw a four inch crack in my windshield where he had scraped the old sticker off. I went inside to ask what happened. Chris pond said I brought the car with a cracked windshield. He repeatedly denied it and tried to intimidate me.. I went straight to my insurance company to find I had a 100. deductible. then drove right back to the station as advised and asked him to pay the deductible. He continued to deny it and continued to tell me I brought it with a cracked wind shield. This happened in their care and custody. I am just an old woman that wanted an inspection sticker.
The woman behind the desk joined right in and told me to take my business elsewhere,
though she had never even seen my vehicle. I have never been treated so poorly. It cost me
120. dollars and a whole lot of aggravation.
Beware and be prepared to call the police if necessary.

We brought our lawnmower in for repair; it was old and had been tipped sideways, and we did not know what would be required to fix it; they fixed it within the time they said they would, and charged a very reasonable price. I am sorry those others had the bad experience they had, but we had a fine experience with this shop.

An excellent place to take your vehicle, no matter the issue! I took my car here after getting a recommendation from a trusted friend. My car was experiencing engine failure and needed the brake pads replaced. Jason did a fantastic job, was quick to communicate with me, and charged a very fair price. I can't recommend them enough!

Dont recommend this place. I brought in a chainsaw for a simple oil pump repair. First it took them a week, but they didn't fix the oil pump, but did work that was un-asked for on the carburetor, and billed me for it. Then when I brought it back because the requested repair had not been done, they said they would have it taken care of in a week or so. They had my saw for a month, never fixed it, and when I went to get it back, it was in pieces and missing parts. Avoid this shop like the plague.

I do not recommend this business. My snowblower went missing while in for a minor repair, and Chris Pond told me "it must have been stolen". He refused to file a theft report, refused to file an insurance claim and has made no effort to compensate me for my loss. This will need to be settled in court. Save yourself time, money, and the frustration of being treated like dirt and go somewhere else.
